Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the rental agreement in writing; the cancellation must be sent to the landlord by email to sarahcare42@gmail.com. If the tenant cancels the rental contract without naming a replacement deemed suitable by the landlord, the following pro rata fees, minus any expenses saved, must be paid as compensation provided that the property cannot be let to someone else.

-15 to 41 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this. We recommend taking out travel insurance (not included) with an insurance company.

You can reach the centre of Renesse in 2 minutes and there you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés, shops and bike rental.
The holiday park is only 2 km from a beautiful beach where you can swim, play in the sand or do water sports. A bus takes you directly from the holiday park to the beach (additional fee).
There is also a shared laundry.

Liebe Frau Schürmann
Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub in Ihrem süßen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen wo es süße Geschäfte und einen Supermarkt gibt der alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Strand war herrlich. In der Saison fährt auch ein kostenloser Bus zum Strand . Wir hatten auch tolle Nachbarn .Wir können ihr Häuschen nur wärmsten empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen . Vielen Dank auch für den netten Kontakt .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Chalet sehr genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit der Unterkunft auf, alles war gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist modern, gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Begeistert waren wir auch von der Lage: Das Chalet liegt angenehm ruhig und doch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum charmanten Städtchen Renesse sowie zum Strand, den man bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.
Der Kontakt mit Frau Schürmann war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und herzlich. Sie stand uns bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat alles getan, damit wir uns willkommen fühlen.
Wir können das Chalet uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
