This beautiful villa is located in the small Istrian village of Bačići. Bečići is located in the east part of the Istrian peninsula, only 4 km from the town of Labin and only 7 km from the famous tourist town of Rabac. Rabac is known for many beautiful beaches and high-end resorts.
The villa is furnished in an exclusive modern style and has high-quality appliances, spacious rooms, a luxurious open-plan kitchen and tasteful architecture. The large rooms are modern, comfortably furnished and equipped to meet high standards.
Villa Royal Green has four bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom and LCD TV. The villa has a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom with a shower next to the sauna and children's playground in the garden, so there is something for everyone. Soak up the Istrian sun by the villa's large swimming pool (45 m2) and take a refreshing dip.
The outside kitchenette with grill, sink and dining table is a great addition.
Visit the nearby old town of Labin, which is situated on a hill and offers a beautiful view of Rabac and the Kvarner Bay. At the market, you can buy local farm produce or take home fresh fish to prepare on the barbecue. Beach days can be spent in Rabac with its white pebble beaches and crystal clear water. Here you can take a boat trip to the neighbouring islands or take an evening stroll along the beautiful promenade.

Cancellation Policy
Amendment declarations must be made in writing in any case. Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the tenant withdraws 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, they remain liable for 50% of the agreed rental sum. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover health and other issues during the holiday. If the tenant departs before the contractual end of the rental period, the landlord is entitled to the entire rental sum.
