You will occupy the entire upper floor of the house. The central
focal point of the apartment is the spacious eat-in kitchen with a cozy dining table for up to 7 people.

1 bedroom for 2 people with a sunny balcony and an adjoining bathroom

1 additional bedroom for 3 people with a sunny balcony and satellite TV, an additional bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet for this bedroom are also located in the apartment.

In SUMMER, the region is a highlight for all active and mountain enthusiasts! The reason for this is, first and foremost, the breathtaking mountain scenery, but also the numerous offers available to all visitors.

Hiking, biking, Arena Coaster, Arena Skyliner, high ropes course, via ferrata, Zell leisure park, and much more make the Zillertal Arena a summer paradise for the whole family.

For the little ones, there is much to discover in Zell am Ziller. The tourist board offers many free attractions and activities.

Getting there

Arrive via the B 169 to the first exit Zell am Ziller, then turn left. You will then see the large parking lot of the Zillertal Arena on the right side. Before this parking lot, a small road leads approximately 500 meters to our house!

It's always a pity when you can't go on your holiday for whatever reason. Remember to take out cancellation insurance in good time. Costs: Free of charge up to one month before arrival, within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the holiday, a fee for 3 days of unoccupied bed. If you cancel within a week before the start of the holiday or if you leave early, we will charge an unoccupied bed fee for the booked stay. If you depart early without a serious reason, we reserve the right to charge the full price.

Die Wohnung war SO toll. Super liebevoll, schön und modern eingerichtet. Ganz viele handgezeichnete Muster an den Wänden und einfach super schmucke Wohnung. Sonja hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Brötchenservice war kein Problem und sonst seht ihr ja alles auf den Bildern.
Nur 2 wirklich winzige Kritikpunkte, die keine Abwertung würdigen:
Die Entfernung zum Lift ist mit ca. 1km zu weit zum laufen und so kurz, dass man ein schlechtes Gewissen hat, das Auto dafür an zu machen. Ein Problem ist das freilich nicht.
Und zwischen Flur und den Schlafzimmern ist eine kleine Stufe, an der man sich in den ersten Tagen gelegentlich den großen Zeh stößt. Nach 3 Tagen hatte ich aber tatsächlich einen Dinner for One Moment und habe unbewusst einen Ausfallschritt über die Kante gemacht. Empfehlung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Durch 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sind wir uns mit unseren pubertierenden Kindern nicht ins Gerangel gekommen. Das war optimal.

gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Herzen des Zillertales

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin in Empfang genommen. Für die Unterstellung unserer Fahrräder wurde sogar die Garage geräumt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal um das Zillertal zu erkunden. Die erste Bergbahn (Rosenalm) ist bereits nach wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die anderen Bergbahnen sind bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar, teilweise auch mit dem Fahrrad über den Zillertalradweg.
Wir haben 10 tolle Tage bei Familie Hauser verbracht und wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
