Gepflegter, großzügiger Außenbereich bzw. Garten und großer Pool.
Finca/Haus in allgemein sauberem Zustand, Möblierung in den Schlafzimmern jedoch abgewohnt und Matratzen durchgelegen. Bad und Küche relativ neu, jedoch entgegen der Beschreibung ohne Spülmaschine! Wiederkehrende Probleme mit Insekten (Ameisen) in der Küche und im Außenbad.
Außenbad nicht als vollwertiges Badezimmer zu nutzen, daher im Grunde nur ein Bad vorhanden.
Reinigung des Pools hat während unseres Aufenthalts nicht wie versprochen stattgefunden und musste selber übernommen werden.
Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Die von uns bestellten Babybetten und Babystühle wurden dankenswerterweise bereitgestellt.
