Charming vacation home in an old shepherd's village on a spacious garden plot with fantastic sea views. Sandy beach and village with good shopping facilities 5 minutes away by car. The house is situated above the village of Budoni, in a quiet, green hillside location. A large panoramic terrace with outdoor fireplace, a second, screened sun terrace and a spacious garden (2000 sqm) offer plenty of space for a Mediterranean vacation. Shaded parking lot on the property. Outdoor barbecue area. In the upper part of the house there are 2 bedrooms with beds for 4-5 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children). A thrid bedroom for two people is situated below the terrace with an ensuite bath and washing machine.
