The holiday home is located on the first floor and has 5 light and cosy double rooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms with shower/WC and hairdryer, an extra WC, a large, light and cheery living room/kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc. flat TV and sauna right in the home.
Around the entire holiday home there is a sun balcony-terrace with garden furniture.
In the winter there is a ski room with boot dryer available.
The holiday home is completely new and allergy-friendly. Sauna right in the home, including sauna towels!

Our holiday home is very central.
In the winter there is a children's ski lift and a Nordic trail right on the doorstep. Ski bus stop about 100 m. It is about 2 km to the nearest ski area.
In the summer there are many leisure activities such as the swimming pool, mini golf, bicycle hire, ropes course, children's playground, all a short distance away.
Hiking options possible from the home.
From the A12 Inntal motorway take the "Zillertal" exit.
Continue on the B169 Zillertal national road,
about 25 km to the resort of Ramsau im Zillertal.
200 m up the valley at the traffic lights.
Turn left, after 200 m you've reached the "Appart Sonnenschein".
