Das Haus ist wunderschön. Sehr groß und komplett ausgestattet. Der Nachteil ist, dass es ziemlich laut ist.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in das wir schon seit ein paar Jahren ziehen. Aber wir sind mit Belvilla an diesem Feiertag nicht zufrieden. Nachdem uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir kostenlos umbuchen könnten, mussten wir dennoch viele Umbuchungskosten bezahlen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir alles für die neue Buchung bezahlen und dann zurückrufen müssten und alles wäre gut. Nun, wir konnten diesen Mitarbeiter erneut nicht erreichen und nach mehrmaligem Anruf können wir nun unser Geld verlangen. Wir haben jetzt eine Beschwerde per E-Mail verschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Kann es nicht sein, dass wir jetzt so viel Geld zahlen müssen, weil wir von einem Mitarbeiter falsch informiert wurden? Während wir tatsächlich anriefen, um herauszufinden, wie viel Geld bei einer Umbuchung anfallen würde. Wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass es so viele Hundert Euro kosten würde, hätten wir das nie getan! Das ist sehr schlimm!
Wir hoffen, dass Belvilla dieses Problem mit uns lösen wird...Sehr unprofessionelles Belvilla! Wir buchen seit Jahren gerne, aber wenn Sie das Problem nicht lösen, verlieren Sie uns (mindestens 2 Familien) und gewinnen eine schlechte Referenz für Sie in unserer Gegend.
