The apartment is located west above Lake Garda in the district of Pregasio, near Pieve di Tremosine, only 20 minutes by car from the popular excursion town of Limone.The surrounding area is a particularly beautiful natural paradise and an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours, e.g. to the Passo della Nota or the Tremalzo Pass.Only about 2 km away, in the small and beautiful village of Pieve, you will find very good, sometimes relatively inexpensive restaurants, bars and the impressive Schauder terrace.
Getting there
Take the A22 Brennero motorway towards Modena, exit at Rovereto Sud and continue towards Lake Garda / Mori, Nago, Torbole.
North of Lake Garda continue to Riva del Garda and Limone. Departure from Limone towards Voltino - Pieve.
The second option would be to continue on the lakeside road to the exit to Tremosine (before Campione) via the Brasa Gorge road to Pieve, then continue towards Arias to Pregasio.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich eine Urlaubsperle im Gebiet Tremosine.Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage in dem kleinen Ort Pregasio in den Hügeln über Limone. Schon morgens kann man die Sonne beim Frühstück auf der wunderschönen (überdachten) Terrasse genießen. Abends kann man das wunderschöne Lichtermeer rund um den See bewundern. In der Anlage gibt es auch einen Pool, den man mitbenutzen darf und fürs Auto gibt es einen Garagenstellplatz.
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, liebevoll und toll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Ordner in der Wohnung, in dem sämtliche Fragen beantwortet werden und zusätzlich ganz viele tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten/Restaurants. Und wir können nur sagen: jede Empfehlung, die wir getestet haben, war super!
Im Ort selber gibt es fußläufig kl. Supermarkt und zwei tolle Restaurants

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings wäre es praktisch, wenn es eine Waschmaschine gäbe.
