Our Villa Steki is located in the quiet town of Roumeli, centrally in the north of the island. The villa is fully equipped and has been redesigned room by room. There is a cozy living area in Greek colors. A fully equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has been repainted. The two bathrooms have also been completely renovated. The small bathroom on the ground floor has been fitted with a new shower, toilet and more space for the vanity and mirror. In the upper bathroom there is a large shower, plenty of space for the vanity, toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a lounge area on the terrace. The pool area with loungers and outdoor shower. The large terrace with dining area and barbecue. The beautifully designed garden with palm trees, olive trees, herbs for the kitchen and a few play equipment for children. In front of the villa there is a private parking space that you can completely close with a gate. We hope we have aroused your interest and can soon welcome you as our guests!

Was ist in der Nähe? In Roumeli gibt es ein gutes Restaurant mit einem tollen Ausblick und super Essen. Nebenan den kl. Supermarkt. In ca. drei km liegt das schöne Dorf Panormo mit Strand, Shops, Spa, Friseur, Metzger, Fish Spa, vielen guten Restaurants und vieles mehr. Auch im Nachardorf Perama gibt es Shops und eine gute Pizzeria mit angrenzendem Supermatkt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch von Melidoni, ein kleines Dorf in ca 9km Entfernung. Hier gibt es das Reptisland, für 4 Euro kann man hier (wenn man sich traut) auf Tuchfühlung mit Camelion, Schlange und Gecko usw gehen. Auch die geschichtsträchtige Melidoni-Höhle liegt gleich in der Nähe des Dorfes. Auch viele schöne Strände liegen in der Nähe, 3km Strand in Panormo, 10km Strand Geropotamos Beach, 14km Skaleta Beach. In 23km km liegt die schöne Stadt Rethymno, mit dem alten venezianischen Hafen und schöner Altstadt, hier gibt es auch einen schönen Strand. 4km Koukistres Beach. 6km Klados Winery. 15km Antikes Eleutherna. 24km Kloter Moni Arkadi. 30km sind es bis zur schönen Mili-Schlucht. 63km vom Flughafen Heraklion. 91km vom Flughafen China.

Gerne laden wir Sie dazu ein, uns einmal als unsere Gäste zu besuchen. Mit der Renovierung der Villa hoffen wir auch den Geschmack unserer Gäste zu treffen.
