This functionally furnished 75 sqm holiday home for 4 persons with spectacular views of the mountain Biokovo, is very quietly located, only 20 minutes drive from the picturesque beaches of the Makarska Riviera.
This Nature Beauty holiday home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area with a kitchen. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air conditioning system. The entertainment area with billiards and darts also serves as a large dining room on the groundfloor of the unit. The dining room has a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also an outdoor barbecue area.

Nature Beauty is located in the quiet village of Zagvozd. Within a radius of 900 m there is a gastronomic offer, a summer program with outdoor theater performances, a supermarket, a day hospital, a pharmacy, a butcher's shop and a bakery. There are two family farms that deal with cheese production and the sale of milk. Guests who want to try a homemade organic product can buy products at the manufacturer's doorstep. In the summer there is a program of theater meetings.
Only 15 minutes drive away are numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda). The entrance to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park with a new attraction – SKYWALK – a glass platform from which you can see the entire coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands is 1 hour away. There is also a restaurant Vrata Biokova with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for an active holiday. It is possible to organize various excursions... one-day boat tours where you have your skipper ... or ZIPLINE for adults and children.
Imotski is 15 km away, where you can take a tour of the natural wonders of the blue and red lakes, where you can also swim. The Imotski region is known for its viticulture and rural culture with a good gastronomic offer. Here you will have the opportunity to taste many domestic products (Matkovic Winery, Restaurant Bikina konoba-Taverna); the possibility of canoeing, quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic for horseback riding. Međugorje and Kravica and Čeveljuša waterfalls are about 1 hour away.
Split is a 1-hour drive away, and Dubrovnik is about a 2-hour drive away. 35 km away is the town of Omiš, which offers rafting on the Cetina River, the nearest airport Split is 80 km away.
On the A1 Zagreb Split Ploče highway, the exit from the highway is Zagvozd-Imotski-Makarska, it takes another 10 minutes to drive to your vacation home.

Cancellation and termination of stay:
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant must pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
Cancellation:
-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation possible
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- No-show or interruption of the vacation... 100% of the full booking amount.
(2) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive.
