Cancellation policy
Cancellation and termination of stay:
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant must pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
Cancellation:
-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- No-show or interruption of the vacation... 100% of the full booking amount.
(2) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive.

Holiday destination
The cozy family house is located near Zagvozd in the hinterland of the Makarska Riviera. (Imotski region) Nearby are outstanding natural phenomens, the Blue and Red Lakes, where you can also swim. The Imotski region is known for its rural culture with a good gastronomic offer. Here you will have the opportunity to taste many home-made products (Matkovic Winery, Restaurant Bikina konoba-Taverna); the possibility of canoeing, quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic for horseback riding. Only 20 minutes drive away are numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda). The entrance to the Biokovo Mountains Nature Park with a new attraction – SKYWALK – a glass platform from which you can see the entire coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands is 1 hour away. There is also a restaurant Vrata Biokova with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for an active holiday. It is possible to organize various excursions... one-day boat tours where you have your skipper ... or ZIPLINE for adults and children. Međugorje and Kravica and Čeveljuša waterfalls are about 1 hour away. Split is a 1-hour drive away, and Dubrovnik is about a 2-hour drive away.
Getting there
On the A1 Zagreb Split Ploče highway, the exit from the highway is Zagvozd-Imotski-Makarska, it takes another 10 minutes to drive to the Veronika vacation home.

Nice view, nice pool and nice host. We were 12 people and no one had anything to complain about. everyone was super happy. The house is about 30 minutes away from the sea, but you have a really nice view of the other side of Croatia. This booking is definitely worth a recommendation.

Das Haus & die Anlage sind ein Traum, der Pool-Bereich & vor allem der Ausblick sehen besser aus als auf den Fotos. Es ist perfekt geeignet für große Gruppen, die entweder ihre Ruhe vor Nachbarn haben wollen oder selbst etwas lauter sein wollen, ohne andere zu stören. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, 3 der Schlafzimmer haben sogar Balkonzugang. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist etwas ganz Besonderes.
Zvonimir ist sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend, gibt schon vor Ankunft Empfehlungen zum Einkaufen, fragt während des Aufenthalts via Text nach, ob etwas gebraucht wird. Sein Vater kam ein paar Mal vorbei & hat selbst angebautes Gemüse mitgebracht. Auch bei der Ankunft haben wir zur Begrüßung Essen & Wein bekommen.
