Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to cancel the contract free of charge up to 28 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of a later cancellation, the tenant is obligated to pay a portion of the agreed price as compensation. The amount of compensation is based on the following schedule:

28 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
27-11 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
10 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation must also be made in writing. The date of receipt of the tenant's cancellation notice by the landlord is the relevant date.
