Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. With regards to residents and tenants in the area, it must be quiet after 10:00 p.m. so as not to disturb others.

The cozy Egmond aan Zee is located by the sea and has a nice center. There is a lot of beautiful nature in the area for walking and cycling. There are also the beautiful and cozy villages of Bergen, Heiloo, Castricum, Schoorl. The cities in the vicinity with culture, beautiful centers and many other activities are Alkmaar (cheese market in the summer), Amsterdam, Hoorn. There are markets, museums, sports facilities, events, etc.
The holiday house is located in the centre of Egmond aan Zee on the address Voorstraat 74, 1931 AM Egmond aan Zee. Next to the pharmacy.
