This house is conveniently located if you want to come to the Czech Republic by plane, as it is only 34 kilometers from the airport.

But you can't just swim in your own swimming pool! 7 kilometers away there is the opportunity to swim in a river and a little further, 12 kilometers away, there is a very nice outdoor swimming pool.
