Villa war ok, gut ausgestattet.
Die Zentralheizung funktionierte nicht richtig, was dazu führte, dass das Haus in den Nächten eine sehr durchschnittliche Temperatur von -3/-6 hatte. Der Eigentümer stellte zwei elektrische Heizkörper in einem Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung.
