The house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen (with gas stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment) connected to the fully equipped and carefully furnished dining room, where you can relax by the crackling wood-burning fireplace. There is also a small storage room.Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and another double bedroom with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bidet. On the first floor, there is also a small room with a table, chair, and window, ideal for smart working. In the basement, there is a larger second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a laundry room.
Located at about 800 meters above sea level and recently renovated, the lodge is easily accessible by car. It is just a 10-minute drive from Tione di Trento – Trentino and less than 500 meters from the beautiful Madonna del Lares Sanctuary. Very close to the lodge stands a majestic, centuries-old beech tree called “Faggio di Dos Borel,” which is over 30 meters tall and estimated to be at least 300 years old.
The lodge is surrounded by greenery, and at the entrance, there is a long solid larch wood table, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors in the summer. A small wood-fired barbecue is also available for delicious outdoor grilling.
A stay at the “Davre” lodge allows you to enjoy mountain life without giving up any comfort. The property is connected to the public water and electricity networks. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler. The lodge is also equipped with a fast internet connection.
Dishes, cutlery, and bed/bath linen are provided. The outdoor mobile phone reception is very good.
On cool evenings at the beginning or end of the season, you can use the wood stove and fireplace for heating.
