Villa Ana is a charming holiday home in Crikvenica. This villa offers you all the comforts you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is ideal for two larger families or a group of friends who want to spend their holiday together but still have their privacy. The interior is light and airy and the exterior is lovingly decorated.
Villa Ana has a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room, and another separate living room with two sofas and a kitchenette, which can also be used as a bedroom. The separate living room also has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the Mediterranean garden. Another kitchen and dining room is on the first floor and a high chair is also available if required.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 single beds and each bedroom also has a wardrobe. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bath, but both have toiletries and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee and breakfast. In the garden there is also a covered terrace with a table where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in the open air, and you can prepare those meals on the wood-fired grill. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants such as roses and orange blossoms. The villa also has a garage where you can park your car.
There are plenty of entertainment options and activities close to the villa. For those looking for beaches, there are numerous sandy and pebble beaches nearby, including a beach for pets. You can also explore the Kvarner coast or the islands of Krk, Cres and Lošinj while staying at the villa. If you are looking for an active holiday, the area is ideal for cycling and walking.
