Unterkunft verfehlten datiert und schlecht gepflegt. Küche ersetzt werden müssen. Ikea Betten inkl. Matratzen verschlissen. Filthy Dusche und WC kontinuierlich. Für eine 8 (oder sogar 10) Personen Unterbringung ist die Vorrichtung nicht ausreichend mit einem alten Sofabett als einzige Sitzposition im Wohnbereich.

Bei der Ankunft war nicht sofort klar, uns, wo wir den Schlüssel zu unserem Hause abholen können. Die E-Mail Belvilla war, dass Concierge im Hause bereit sein würde, den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Das überraschte uns etwas, als ob wir hatten Ankunftszeit zu geben. Wir wussten auch nicht, welches Haus es war uns, weil die genaue Zahl nicht auf die Buchungsunterlagen aufgeführt wurde. Die Buchungsunterlagen war dann, dass wir an der Rezeption drehen hatte, aber dass die nicht erklärt hatte, und war nicht leicht zu finden. Neben der schwierigen Ankunft hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.
