Can Moreu is a beautiful rustic property located in a privileged setting at the entrance to the beautiful town of Caimari. The land measures 15,000 m2 and is full of almond trees and other fruit trees such as fig trees. Large terraces with garden furniture where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the countryside and the mountains. Outdoor grill and oven ideal for cooking pizzas and bread.
The house is on one level and is therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility. It consists of a living room with air conditioning, fireplace and sofa bed, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower . The rooms have heating for the winter and fans for the summer months. Cot and high chair available for our youngest guests. The property is completely fenced and therefore safe for children. The tourist tax (ecotasa) is not included in the price and is charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October and €1.65 in the remaining months). Internal regulations:

The town of Caimari is one of the urban centers of the municipality of Selva. Moscari, Biniamar, Binibona and Selva are other towns in the municipality, Selva is the main population center where the town hall is located.
Caimari is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, just 8 km from Inca, it is a small town where stone houses predominate, its population does not exceed 1,000 inhabitants. Caimari is known for its olive trees and oil production. Weekly market every Monday on the village square.
