Welcome to our bright and modern holiday apartment in Neue Tiefe on Fehmarn. Just a short walk from the South Beach, Burgstaaken Harbor, and the island's capital Burg, it serves as an excellent starting point for a variety of vacation activities, such as relaxing beach days, cycling tours, and kitesurfing, surfing, or sailing.
You will first enter the apartment via your own private staircase, leading into an open hallway with ample storage space.
The living area and bedroom are separated by a glazed timber-framed wall with curtains for privacy. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wooden wardrobe, and two bedside tables. Pillows and duvets are provided, but bed linen and towels must be brought along.
The living room is divided into a dining and lounge area. A TV with antenna connection, a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, books, and magazines are available. The spacious sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 2 people.
Double-layered curtains allow you to darken the room as needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
The bright, modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, and a large mirror.
The balcony, facing southwest, is furnished with a seating area and a sun umbrella. From here, you can enjoy views over the fields to the Baltic Sea and watch boats, surfers, and kiteboarders in the marina. The house's garden, with its lawn and bushes, borders directly on a field where deer, pheasants, and other wildlife are often spotted. You can use the lawn for ball games or simply to relax.
A private parking space is available for you directly in front of the door.
Our holiday apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (but permitted on the balcony).

The holiday apartment is located in a family house with six units, situated in an established residential area.
It’s just a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and the inland lake (5 minutes), which features a scenic hiking trail leading to the adventure harbor area. The center of Burg on Fehmarn, with its cafés, restaurants, and various shops, is also nearby (5 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk).
A bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the house, offering easy connections to the town center or the South Beach.
By car, cross the Fehmarnsund Bridge, drive to Burg, and continue to Neue Tiefe.
By public transport, take the bus or train to Fehmarn-Burg station and then bus line 591 to Neue Tiefe.
