Villa Renaissance Located in Carvoeiro, one of the finest areas in the Algarve, just minutes away from the nearest beaches, is Villa Renaissance. The open-plan dining and living area offers a comfortable setting for family and friends to gather, featuring a dining table with chairs for leisurely meals while watching your favourite programs on the television in the living area. Additionally, the living area is furnished with cozy sofas for relaxation. Completing this floor, there are 2 bathrooms, one equipped with bathtub and the other with a shower base. Moving to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, with a double bed, AC, and featuring a private bathroom. Outside, the fantastic pool is surrounded by sun loungers, allowing you to soak up the Algarve sun in style. Complementing the outdoor area, there are 2 dining areas and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings and meals. The property has parking for 4 cars. Come and discover the best that the Algarve has to offer by staying at Villa Renaissance, which provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday experience. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
