Townhouse Varadero Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, Townhouse Varadero ia a charming townhouse, close to all amenities. With free WIFI, swimming pool for adults and children and 3 bedrooms, accommodates up to 6+2 people. Upon entering the property, you will find the open concept living and dining areas, which harmoniously integrate a fully equipped kitchen. In the living and dining room, you will find a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite shows with your group and the dining table to gather around for meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances you may need, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others . On this floor there is a WC. On the first floor, you will find the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms , of this modern townhouse, are furnished with two single beds each. An additional bathroom serves this floor. The sea view top floor terrace, offers views of the enchanting Algarve sunset. The wonderful terrace, with sea views, is furnished with chairs and a table, making it the perfect set to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day. The common area of the condominium includes two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. This elegant property is located in an area close to a varied selection of restaurants and some of the best beaches in the Algarve. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. • Breakage Deposit Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • For the 7th and 8th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
