Villa Boa Vida Villa Boa Vida is a fabulous 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Armação de Pêra. With beautiful sea views, luxurious finishes, a pool, and a rooftop jacuzzi, this new villa will certainly provide a spectacular holiday setting. Accommodating 8 + 2 guests, Villa Boa Vida offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are the remaining 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, which can also be converted into a double bed. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms, and there is an additional guest toilet. The living/dining areas are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the open-plan kitchen with modern appliances is fully equipped for all your home cooking needs. A wall of glass doors allows access from the living/dining areas to the fantastic pool area. Here you can spend your time relaxing on the sun loungers, taking refreshing dips in the (solar-heated) pool, or playing table tennis. An outdoor dining area and a barbecue are available to enjoy al fresco family meals. Solar-heated pool - Please note that during the winter months, the solar-powered water heating system will not function as efficiently as in the summer due to reduced sunlight hours and lower air temperatures. At sunset, the fabulous rooftop terrace invites you to unwind with family and friends while enjoying the hot tub (optional extra) and taking in the spectacular views of the sea and the town. This modern villa also offers parking for 4 cars and has dedicated charging points for electric vehicles. If you wish to charge your electric car, you must request the unlocking of the sockets for the calculation of your specific consumption. With a prime location in Armação de Pêra, the property is within a short walking distance of beautiful golden sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, and shops. Several supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks are also readily available in the town. A rental car is not necessary unless you wish to explore more of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Saturday. ** If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the changeover day, we suggest you make an inquiry to confirm if your dates can be accommodated before proceeding with your booking.** Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) • The changeover day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) • Group deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €400 per person. A booking fee, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Prices for up to 8 people The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administrative cost for changing dates is €150.
