If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Timings and Rules Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out time: 10:00 The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season) Group security deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card) A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Pricing Prices are for up to 8 people. For the 9th and 12nd guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€154 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for €21 each, per week. The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
