Villa Azzurra is a charming 2-story villa located in the peaceful Sesmarias development in Albufeira, comfortably accommodating 8 (6+2) people. This property is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing retreat in the Algarve, with an excellent private pool, ample outdoor spaces, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the spacious dining room offers direct access to the outdoors. On this level, there is also a suite bedroom and a guest bathroom with a shower. Book now and get ready to create incredible memories in Albufeira! A rental car is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking fee, insurance, and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 6 people. The 7th and 8th persons will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applicable.
