The property offers free Wi-Fi and Air conditioning. The exterior of the villa offers a dining table for outdoor meals, sun loungers to relax in the sun, a gas BBQ ideal for family barbecues, a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, and beautiful, well-kept gardens to enjoy nature. Located in the Guia area, just a 5-minute drive from Algarve Shopping, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. The city of Albufeira is a 10-minute drive away. Here you will discover the colourful marina, charming historic centre, Pescadores beach, the Strip, and a variety of quality restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife. This villa is the ideal destination for those seeking a comfortable holiday experience in Algarve. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
