The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment that enjoys a privileged location in the Oura area of Albufeira. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking to have a relaxing vacation close to the wonderful beaches and all amenities. This apartment is on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning and free internet. It has a spacious living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. It also has a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a wonderful balcony with direct access from the master bedroom and living room, with a table, chairs and parasol, where you can enjoy the enchanting view over the gardens and pools. This apartment is in a complex with beautiful gardens and an outdoor pool for adults and children. Due to its privileged location, you will find all amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, as well as several golf courses, within a short distance. The Oura beach, the closest one, is only a 10-minute walk away. You don\'t need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation, upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary. If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and filing fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions. Prices are for up to 4 people. The 5th person will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
