This amazing apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you need for a relaxing vacation - beautiful golden sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, and supermarkets. It is a short walking distance, just 300 meters (3 minutes walk), from the center of Olhos d\'Agua. A car is not necessary, unless you want to explore the Algarve in its entirety. The Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a barbecue, and a cozy living room with direct access to another terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals and other leisure activities while taking in the sea and pool views. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation. You do not need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking fee, insurance, and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions.
