Located in the town of Galé, just a few km from the center of Albufeira, this property offers maximum comfort and amenities. 5 minutes' walk from the best beaches, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing family vacation, without having to worry about transportation. This villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) both with private bathrooms. These rooms have access to a terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom (with a double bed) and a service bathroom and a bedroom on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort as well as access to free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, also located on this floor, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals, as well as a dining table. The spacious living / dining room offers a fantastic view of the pool area and also a view of the sea in the background. This villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a fantastic private pool, which can be heated upon request (extra option), a barbecue to share your meals with family and friends. Also available for guests are a snooker table and table tennis. This is the ideal space to enjoy the late afternoons and witness the sunset. The change of day for this property is on Thursday. If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not respect the change of day of the property, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so that we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. Heating the pool will always be an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in time: Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) • The change of day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) • Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card). Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
