The Barbados Apartment is an impressive 1-bedroom vacation apartment with a privileged location in Correeira, Albufeira, offering excellent views, easy access to the city, and just a 15-minute walk from the golden sandy beaches. With excellent shared facilities, such as a gym, game room, and pool area, this property is ideal for a sunny vacation. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished, with modern decor and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The living room is spacious and airy, with very comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for home cooking, and there is 1 bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. Both the bedroom (with a double bed) and the living room have access to the wonderful patio with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and outdoor dining. This area also provides access to the shared pools. This superb apartment is located in a beautiful complex with a large adult pool and a smaller one for children, well-maintained gardens, a playground, gym, game room, and squash court. The property benefits from its proximity to everything you may need for a relaxing vacation, including shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, and supermarkets. A rental car is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted. The changeover day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking fee, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th persons will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applicable.
