Villa Samui is a fantastic villa located in Montechoro, Albufeira, with excellent facilities such as a large garden, private swimming pool and a privileged location, close to all the amenities you may need during your holiday. The property sleeps 12 people and has 5 bedrooms. On the first floor is a double bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a wonderful balcony overlooking the swimming pool. On the ground floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms: 3 twin bedrooms (2 of which have en-suite bathrooms) and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 4), as well as an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a breakfast table and appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living / dining room is comfortable and bright, with large sliding doors leading out to the wonderful garden and pool area. The garden is one of the highlights of this beautiful property, with an excellent private swimming pool, sunbeds, barbeque area and an outdoor dining space where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
