Situated in the picturesque hilly countryside of southern Haute-Vienne, near the Corrטze border, this independent gמte offers a tranquil escape. It features a terrace and surrounding land, perfect for enjoying nature. A 19 km trail passing through the hamlet of Chassagnas offers stunning views of Mont Gargan. Guests visiting during the accordion festival from October 16 to 21 can enjoy a special package that includes sheets, towels, and heating.

The ground floor includes a cozy living room with a pellet-fueled fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Two bedrooms accommodate up to five guests with two double beds and one single bed, one of which includes a TV. A modern shower room with a toilet completes the space. Electric heating ensures comfort during cooler months, making this gמte a year-round destination.

Amenities include sheets with beds made on arrival and 8 kWh of daily electricity included in the price. Additional services, such as bathroom linen rental, end-of-stay cleaning, and pellets for the fireplace, are available for a fee. A €300 deposit is required upon arrival, refundable within 72 hours of departure.
