This cozy gîte, nestled in the heart of a village near Paris, blends modern charm with rustic charm. The house spans 138m² and features two spacious bedrooms, including a family-friendly setup with double beds and bunk beds. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Upstairs, additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests, along with a small relaxation area. A serene, modern atmosphere pervades throughout, thanks to a thoughtful design by Aurélie and Fabien.

The gîte is located just a stone’s throw away from Fabien’s equestrian center, surrounded by beautiful farmland. Enjoy the sights and sounds of animals such as horses, llamas, and sheep right at your doorstep. Fabien, a passionate farmer, offers the unique opportunity to book a farming initiation or even western horseback riding lessons for guests aged 14 and up. Guests can also explore the picturesque village, with local shops and attractions only a short distance away.

At the back of the house, a large 200m² fully enclosed garden awaits, complete with a terrace, deck chairs, barbecue, table tennis, and table football, ensuring endless entertainment for families and friends. The cottage also provides practical amenities such as a bathroom, toilet, and laundry facilities. Bed linen and cleaning services are available for an additional cost, allowing for a stress-free stay. A deposit is required upon arrival.
