Description

Located in a peaceful outbuilding near the castle, this spacious gîte, called the Orangery, offers an independent and comfortable stay. It opens onto a private garden with stunning views of the castle and its beautifully landscaped park filled with azaleas, rhododendrons, and various trees. The property is part of the vast 1,000 ha Bort estate, featuring numerous forest paths and ponds, perfect for nature walks. The Aquapolis aquatic center in Limoges is just 11 km away, while guests will share a 5x10 m swimming pool with other gîtes, open from June to September, depending on the weather.

The Orangery’s 110 m² layout includes a spacious living room that opens to the garden, an independent kitchen, and a bedroom with a private bathroom (double bed) and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms (each with two single beds) and a shared bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort during colder months. Baby equipment such as a travel cot and bathtub is available on request.

Additional amenities include bed linen (included), with towels available for rent. The price covers a welcome presentation and the use of sheets. Electricity beyond 8 kWh/day and heating are extra and payable on-site. Housekeeping during or after the stay is the responsibility of the guest, with optional cleaning services available for an additional charge. Breakfast is available upon request, with reservations required 15 days in advance.
