An independent studio (occupied by one person) is located on the estate, but you will have exclusive access to the house and outdoor spaces.

Located in a quiet and residential area, the house is close to the beaches of Sanary and Bandol, quality bakeries and pastries, and a 20-minute walk from "Maison Henry". A "Carrefour" supermarket is 10 minutes away on foot and a hypermarket 5 minutes away by car. You can discover the Parc de La Castellane (5 min by car), the Mont Faron cable car (10 min), Fort Napoléon (15 min), the Balaguier Museum and Portissol Beach (16 min), Renécros beach (20 min) and the medieval village of Castellet (15 min).

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a shower room, two dining areas (indoor and terrace), a comfortable living room, a beautiful terrace, a balcony, a garden and a private swimming pool. Amenities include: Wifi, refrigerator, television, Tassimo and filter coffee machines, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and food processor. A barbecue/pizza oven is also available. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. A deposit of €250 is required.
