The two buildings, Chantel and Roselend, blend harmoniously into the forested landscape, with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the valley below. The apartments are designed with a cozy chalet-style ambiance, featuring warm wood interiors. The Chantel building offers a Deep Nature® Spa (currently unavailable during summer 2023), a fitness room, a restaurant, and a snack bar, while the Roselend building provides direct access to the outdoor swimming pool.

The residence is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, and climbing available nearby. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this is the perfect place to unwind in nature. After a day of exploration, you can enjoy the indoor swimming pools in both buildings, offering a serene environment to relax.

The apartment is fully equipped with a living room featuring a sofa bed or double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds. Additional amenities include basic Wi-Fi access, bed and bathroom linens, and a baby kit (subject to availability). Covered parking is available on-site for an additional fee. Families and pets are welcome, and the residence offers various services such as breakfast and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen). Please note that tourist tax and other optional services may apply.
