Outside this property you will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 6m x 3m and a depth range from 1.45m to 1.55m and is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. You will be able to gather all together on either of the two porches available, which have a dining area. You will also find a fantastic barbecue that you can use to prepare your favourite dishes while the little ones play and have fun in the large garden. The property is fenced and privacy is total, even if there are neighbours nearby.
This property is distributed entirely on one floor, and inside there is a nice dining room equipped with a fireplace and TV where you will be able to relax thanks to its comfortable sofa. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you can use any of the three bedrooms available. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the room. You can use the fan, radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.
