Cancellation policy
Dear guests,
If you cannot make your holiday for serious reasons or have to leave early, no one can replace your holiday fun, but the financial damage can be. - So we ask you to inform us as quickly as possible in writing by e-mail. Then we will try to re-rent the apartment at the same rate. If we can't we will retain 80% of the total booking price. If the apartment can be re-rented for that period, you will receive your payment back.
If you must depart early or arrive later, there is no refund.
So we recommend:
take out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE for your well deserved holiday. -
(This kicks in for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Such as if there is illness, accident or unemployment - even within the family, and you will be refunded possible financial losses).

Our house is located in a quiet villa quarter less than 1 km from the beach, dunes, North Sea and shops.

Also our beautiful old town of Bruges (20 km), shopping in town and Ostend and port (5 km) and for the children there is Plopsaland (Adinkerke 45 km), Boudewijnpark (Bruges), De Sierk, golf (De Haan) and nearby playgrounds, mini golf, swimming pool, relaxation in Grasduinen park...

E40 - A 10 Brussels - Ghent - Ostend motorwat to the end.
Follow R31 towards Blankenberge.
At the "Bredene" light take a right, cross the crossing, take a right at the 5th street, 1st left and left at the end of the street.

Wir hatten dort einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht. Jos und Patricia sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber (ist uns immer sehr wichtig !) und es gab zur Begrüßung unter anderem selbstgemachte Marmelade und eine Flasche Wein. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Patricia hat uns bei der Planung unserer Fahrradtouren ganz toll unterstützt.
Wir können Huis Pimpernel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Herzliche Aufnahme, während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Vermieter anzusprechen, tolle Ausflugtips. Verwöhnt mit leckerem Kuchen. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche für die Selbstversorgung. 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung.
