On the ground floor there is an exclusive bedroom with its own bathroom and a small kitchenette.
First floor 1: There are two further bedrooms here, each with an original tiled stove. One room has a large balcony. On this floor there is a large, bright bathroom with WC, bath and shower as well as the kitchen with a large dining area for up to 14 people.
Upper floor 2: The staircase leads into the large, open-plan living area. The large leather sofa has a sleeping function and can be converted into a bed for up to four more people. Everything is available in terms of technology: Satellite/smart TV, music system, DVD, Playstation and an office corner with Windows PC. The living room is air-conditioned and additionally heated with a Swedish stove. There are also three further bedrooms on this floor, one of which has a small balcony and a cot.
Attic: In the attic there is another bedroom and a bathroom with WC, shower and large bathtub.
Basement vault: There is a patio room with a cosy couch, table football, pool table, darts, music system and projector. Ideal for relaxing with friends!
