Each apartment accommodates up to six guests with two sofa beds in the living room and two single bunk beds in a sleeping area (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). Pets are welcome (with passport) for an additional fee. A paddling pool (open April-October), solarium with deckchairs, volleyball court, pétanque area, and ping-pong tables are available within the park.

Located just 50 meters from a beautiful beach (developed in high season), this holiday home provides easy access to swimming and relaxation. Le Lavandou is near Hyères and Saint-Tropez, offering opportunities to explore the surrounding region.

Each apartment includes a living room, a kitchen area, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a WC. Included amenities are Wi-Fi (basic access), bed linen, bathroom linen, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes). A baby kit (folding baby bed, high chair, changing mat, stroller) is available for an additional weekly or short-stay fee (subject to availability). Paid covered parking is available within the residence (limited spaces, reservation recommended). A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
