The Nordic-modern 2-room holiday apartment is located on the top floor very close to the busy harbor, near the delightful Reventloustraße and Probsteier Platz with various shops. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people on around 65 m².
A separate staircase leads to the bright and friendly holiday home thanks to the many windows. A wide hallway leads to all rooms. The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The open kitchen with cooking or kitchen counter is well equipped. A 6-plate ceramic hob, oven and microwave as well as a large refrigerator with freezer compartment ensure cooking fun. You can relax on the couch, which turns into a sofa bed (160cm wide) at night. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides entertainment, as does the stereo system with CD player and DVD player. A dining table between the kitchen and terrace invites you in. Inviting in the morning for your first coffee and relaxing in the evening after an adventurous Baltic Sea vacation. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe for your holiday clothes and another flat-screen TV. The shower room is fresh and modern. A large rain shower is just fun.
A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you. There is an outdoor parking space for your bicycles.
