The apartment on the upper floor of our house has 3 separate bedrooms. Each room has its own balcony as well as a separate bathroom and toilet, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious so that everyone can eat together. The holiday apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

Well suited for families with children as all rooms are very spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV in all rooms. Private sauna available. Own drying room for ski and boots as well as a small playground in front of the house.

Quiet location in the greenery and yet only 10 minutes to the town center or to various inns or to the swimming pool.

Getting there

Off the Tauern motorway A10 at the Bischofshofen junction, continue towards St. Johann im Pongau and then turn off into the GroÃŸarltal valley.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage direkt am Lift. Sehr gepflegt und sauber, Vermieterfamilie zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Direkt an der Skipiste, ca 100 Meter Laufweg.

sehr schönes Haus, extrem gepflegt und sauber,sehr nette Gastgeber, Lage sehr gut; ruhig und doch zentral;alle wichtigen Geschäfte in der näheren Umgebung;Brötchenservice funktioniert perfekt;einfach ein schöner Platz um Urlaub zu genießen

Leider war ja die Zeit zu kurz um noch einige Wanderungen und Bike-touren zu machen wie ihr uns gesagt habt.

Luxus Skiurlaub

Das Haus der Familie Berger war für uns (3 befreundete Familien; 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) perfekt. Wir konnten einerseits gemeinsam kochen und essen und andererseits hatte jede Familie ihr eigenes großes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Für die Kids war das Gästezimmer im Keller ideal. Wir Erwachsene ließen den Tag gerne in der gemütlichen Sauna ausklingen. Luxus pur ist allerdings die Nähe zur Gondel: Vom Haus der Bergers muss man nur zu Fuß über eine Straße und eine kleine Brücke. Dann kann man auf Skiern zur Gondel abfahren und ist im wunderschönen Skigebiet Großarl. Am Ende möchten wir nochmals Manfred und Lydia für ihre Gastfreundschaft danken. Es gab leckeren Schnaps , alle Küchengeräte, die wir brauchten und sogar Nähzeug für gerissene Skihosen. Ein perfekter Urlaub!!!
