The apartment is situated in a building in the Cubanzestrasse which was built in 1996. The apartment has a spacious balcony.
You will live in a 60 m² large 4-room duplex apartment, located on the second floor.
The living room is equipped with a sitting area, TV, stereo, dining area and kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher).
One bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment.
There is a laundry package available. You will find a carport, balcony, barbecue and a washing machine in the building.
In our holiday complex you will also find a barbecue area, a small pond and a gazebo. For a small fee you can use the washing machine and a dryer.

The holiday apartment is characterized by its unique location. It is located in the district Kühlungsborn East. In the neighborhood you will find plenty opportunities to go shopping or to eat out.
The fine sandy beach and the pier is only about 1000m away and you will pass by shops, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. From the pier, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the marina. In a 4 minutes walk you will reach the station Molli Kühlungsborn-East, where you will also find the bus station.
The apartment is located in Kuehlungsborn-East. The adress is Cubanzestrasse 15 in 18225 Kuehlungsborn.
You can also arrive by train. Please take the train to Bad Doberan and change there to the "Molli" locomotive to Kuehlungsborn-East. The apartment is only 400m away.

from 89 days to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the confirmed travel price plus a €50 processing fee,
from 59 days to 36 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the confirmed travel price plus a €50 processing fee,
from 35 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the confirmed travel price plus a €50 processing fee.
The traveler is entitled to prove that the damage was less.

Additional costs: Tourist tax to be paid on site.
