Directly adjacent to the park is "De Afslag", a large indoor and outdoor playground, with miniature golf and a trampoline area.
Breskens, a harbor town in the province of Zeeland, is located at the mouth of the Oosterschelde. It boasts both a fishing harbor and a marina with around 850 berths and an open connection to the sea. Adjacent to the very well-maintained park is the recreational area "Waterdunen." It offers nature enthusiasts interesting discoveries with many hiking trails, a variety of plants, and bird species.
In Breskens, 2 km away, there are shopping opportunities (bakeries, butchers, groceries, drugstores, clothing, pet shops, etc.) and numerous restaurants of various kinds as well as cafes.

The park has a supermarket with fresh bread rolls daily, an indoor pool, a children's playground with an air trampoline, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor and lounge area, a fast-food outlet, bowling alleys, a bistro, as well as bicycle, e-bike, and go-kart rentals. These means of transportation can be rented in the park or reserved online.
A walk along the long panoramic path, which also passes the lighthouse, offers a fantastic view of the North Sea.
Art lovers should not miss the religious woodcarving art of the local priest in the Sint-Barbara Church.

Also, visit the neighboring seaside resort of Cadzand, where fossilized shark teeth can be found on the long sandy beach of Cadzand Bad.
