The location of the villa allows you to easily reach the main nearby towns such as La Spezia, Genoa, Forte dei Marmi, Lucca and of course the popular area known as the Cinque Terre.
The house is 4km from the town of Santo Stefano di Magra, 15km from La Spezia and the sea, 18km from Lerici, 38km from Forte dei Marmi (popular beach resort).
