A fixed deposit of 30% is necessary to secure the reservation and the remainder of the price, together with a returnable damage deposit of 400 € (if there is no damage) is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
We advise to take out a holiday insurance in case of another flare-up of Covid.
A fixed price of 60 € p.w. is taken off the damage deposit at the end of your stay. An extra heating of the pool can be arranged, but is rarely necessary during high season.

Holiday destination
30 minutes south leads to numerous golden beaches such as Le Grau du Roi and Carnon Plage, offering peace and tranquillity or lively water sports and beach games. There are also the famous natural Étangs the Camargue with its wild flamingos and white horses.
25 minutes north into the mountains with spectacular scenery, ancient villages and the majestic River Hérault, with its canyons, caves and canoeing and kayaking opportunities.
15 minutes to the historic Montpellier, with its medieval cathedral and countless streets with sidewalk cafés and an abundance of restaurants, museums, theaters, parks with fountains, bustling markets, and the famous Place de la Comédie.
Getting there
From Germany you drive via Lyon on the A9 (Autoroute du Soleil) to the south and take exit "Pres d'Arenes" (Exit 30). There is a large roundabout where you take the second exit into the street "Rue de Abrivado". Then follow the same road all the way until you see the sign for "Grabels" which you follow right up to Grabels.

Wir durften eine ganz wunderbare Urlaubswoche in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Ferienvilla verbringen.
Schon der herzliche Empfang durch die nette Verwalterin hat die mühsame Anreise schnell vergessen lassen. Wir fanden eine wirklich sehr gepflegte Villa in einem ebenso sehr gepflegten Grundstück vor.
Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und wir fanden alles vor, was wir für eine gelungene Urlaubswoche brauchten.
Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend an einem nach Süden geneigten Hang und wird von der Sonne nahezu den ganzen Tag beschienen, was auch zu einer intensiven Nutzung des großen Pools geführt hat. Gut fanden wir auch, dass wir mit beiden Fahrzeugen innerhalb des Grundstücks parken konnten.
Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir diese Ferienvilla uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Wir waren dieses Jahr im August/September für zwei Wochen mit unserer ganzen Familie in Ihrem tollen Haus in Grabels/Montpellier.
Schon die Buchung, die Informationen etc. waren perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Hauses sind
einwandfrei. Bei dem wunderschön angelegten Garten und dem tollen Pool konnten wir alle super entspannen und hatten
einen erholsamen Urlaub. Alle Einkaufsläden und die Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Auch die Ausflüge in die nahegelegene Natur, nach Monpellier und zum Weinverkosten waren gelungen.
Der Kontakt vorort hat ebenfalls toll geklappt. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und würden dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Bestimmt kommen wir auch mal wieder auf Sie zurück.
