Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 112 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 111th day to the 56th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 55th day to the 28th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 27th day to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 85% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 20th day to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 13th day to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, we will endeavor to rent the property to someone else in the event of a cancellation, thereby reducing the cancellation costs.

We fully enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, with a wonderful garden, nice swimmingpool, luxury outdoor furniture and the most spectacular views. We loved the quietness, the spacious outdoor area and the evening sun on the west-facing terrace. Our group was a family of 6: 2 parents and 4 adult kids and there was room for everybody to chill inside or outside. The couple that manages the villa is very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to return once. Be aware the road to the villa is rough and very dark at night, but that is the only minor disadvantage of the wonderful luxury relaxing place!
