Guests will also benefit from access to the residence’s relaxation area, which includes a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and hammam, offering relaxation and wellness throughout their stay.

The apartment's location is highly convenient for both outdoor activities and relaxation. Situated 15-20 minutes on foot from the village center, it is also less than a 10-minute walk from the Rochebrune ski lifts. For easy transportation, the free MegBus shuttle stop is only 150 meters away, providing access to other parts of the town. The residence’s wellness facilities are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the sauna and hammam available during peak seasons, ensuring a luxurious experience after a day of skiing or hiking.

The apartment is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, with an open kitchen, dining area, and living room that provides access to the balcony. Additional amenities include a covered parking space (number 48), ski locker, and regular cleaning twice a week. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The residence is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, maintaining a clean and peaceful environment.
