Schöne Wohnung mit schönem (Gemeinschafts-)Garten. Eine Bäckerei und ein Café/eine Bar/Eisdiele erreichen Sie innerhalb von 1 Gehminute. Für Eltern mit Kindern gibt es weiter entfernt auch einen großen Park mit einem schönen großzügigen Spielplatz.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es ist etwas veraltet, aber das hat auch seinen Charme. Das Einzige, was wirklich lächerlich teuer ist, ist die Miete eines Babybetts/Hochstuhls.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem Privatparkplatz am Komplex. Es ist eine ziemlich schmale Straße, aber wenn man sie ein paar Mal fährt, wird es immer einfacher!
