Fully renovated from a traditional Calvados distillery on our farm for 2024, the cottage has a spacious open plan ground floor with a lounge area with TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and fridge-freezer. Double doors lead out onto a patio and large lawned rear garden.
Upstairs there is a shower room with WC, a double bedroom (160cm x 190cm) and a twin bedroom with 2 beds (90cm x 190cm).
The cottage is equipped with a TV with French channels and free WiFi throughout.
There is ample parking in front of the house.
Mont Castre and the local Voies Vertes hiking trail network are fantastic places to walk and relax and are both within walking distance of the house. There is also a bakery in the village.

We are located in the heart of the beautiful, peaceful countryside, approximately 45 minutes from Cherbourg on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula. We have three self-catering cottages (gites): Stable Cottage, Chèvrefeuille and Jasmin, which are described later. Our farm is a haven of peace and tranquillity where children can play in safety. We are only 6km from the beautiful sandy beaches. Ideal for trips to Mont St. Michel, Bayeux and the landing beaches. The attractive market town of La Haye du Puits, 8km away, has all the shops you need, including two supermarkets. Weekly markets can be visited daily in the area.
